ABOUT TEAM TAKEOFF

Team Takeoff is a highly competitive basketball AAU program for boys & girls in 4rd -11th grades. These teams participate in local, regional and national grassroots basketball tournaments during the Spring & Summer seasons. Team Takeoff will focus on recruiting players in the Capital District, although players from all over NY and all bordering states may inquire/tryout for the program.. Team Takeoff is not an "equal playing time" program. Playing time is earned through demonstration of hard work, commitment and performance during practices and games.

OUR PROGRAMS

We ultimately aim to be the top grassroots basketball program in the state of New York by focusing on the individual development of each player in our program, not only on the court but off of it as well.  Our goal is to pour into the young people in our program and provide them the necessary resources to achieve academic and athletic success.  We build student-athletes.
